Terms of Service

1. The service

PagePal lets you generate, edit, publish and host a website. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms.

2. Accounts

You sign in with Google and are responsible for activity on your account and for the accuracy of the information you provide.

3. Plans, billing & add-ons

Building a site is a one-time charge from €50. Hosting is billed monthly (€5/mo) or yearly (€50/yr). Plans include a set number of pages and AI design iterations; text edits are unlimited and free. Extra pages or iterations are available as add-ons. Domain registration, if purchased, is billed separately at the price shown before checkout. Payments are processed by Stripe.

4. Refunds

Because site generation consumes real compute at purchase, the one-time build fee is [non-refundable once generation has started / refundable within [N] days]. Hosting can be cancelled anytime and stops at the end of the paid period. [Confirm with legal.]

5. Your content & ownership

You own the content you add and grant us the licence needed to host and display your site. You’re responsible for having the rights to any text, images or logos you upload, and for ensuring your site is lawful.

6. Acceptable use

Don’t use PagePal for unlawful, harmful, infringing or deceptive content, or attempt to disrupt or abuse the service. We may suspend sites that breach these terms.

7. Domains

Domains registered through us are subject to the registrar’s terms. You may transfer a domain you own to another provider in line with applicable rules.

8. Availability & liability

We aim for high availability but don’t guarantee uninterrupted service. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amounts you paid us in the prior [12] months.

9. Termination

You can stop using the service and cancel hosting anytime. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms.

10. Governing law
